Cancellations & No-Shows
We have a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for any appointments scheduled. We are a by-appointment-only salon, and our stylists rely on your timely cancellation/reschedule. Should you need to cancel or reschedule within this cancellation window, you will be charged 30% of your service price. If you don’t show up to your appointment without giving us any notice, you will be charged 30%. After two no-shows, you’ll be limited to making same-day appointments only, paid in advance.
Timeliness
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule you in which case you will be charged the 30% late-cancel fee. For any service that is 30 minutes or less (bang trims, new bangs, consultations), if you can’t make it at the exact time it’s scheduled then we may not be able to complete the service.
Adjustments
At Slope Suds Salon, your happiness is everything to us. We want you to walk out of our salon absolutely loving your hair — every single time. But we understand that hairdressing is both a science and an art, and with so many variables that can impact the final result, sometimes a little tweaking is needed to get things just right.
If anything feels off after your appointment, please do not hesitate to reach out. We genuinely want to know so we can make it perfect for you. Simply call or email the salon within 2 weeks of your appointment and we will get you back in for any necessary adjustments as quickly as possible.
However, please keep in mind that if you have simply had a change of heart about your style, we kindly ask that you book a new appointment for those changes. We are always here and happy to help you achieve the look you love!
Appointment Changes
At Slope Suds Salon, we do our very best to keep your appointment running on time and on schedule. However, due to the limitations of online booking, we may occasionally need to adjust your appointment time slightly — typically between 15 and 30 minutes. If that happens, we will always reach out to you in advance to give you a heads up.

At Slope Suds Salon, we love showing off gorgeous hair! Any photos taken of you in our salon are the property of Slope Suds Salon and may be used for marketing and branding purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or featured, just let us know ,no questions asked!
And if we don’t ask to snap a photo of you, please don’t take it personally! Trust us, we are absolutely obsessed with your hair. There are simply a lot of factors that go into capturing client photos — timing, lighting, stylist availability , but none of it reflects how we feel about the amazing work sitting in our chair.
Bottom line? Whether your photo ends up on our feed or not, you are leaving Slope Suds Salon looking incredible. That is always the goal.
